
Our conference bag will feature a collage of logos of the many ministries and churches who are exhibiting at TEN09.
- All exhibitors and sponsors are eligible to submit a logo to be part of the larger bag logo.
- To be included you must send your ministry/church logo to smith.carljr@gmail.com.
- The logo will be printed in white on a purple conference bag.
- The submitted logos will not be edited for content. Please edit your logo to include your ministry name
- The logo should be print ready with a resolution of 300dpi.
- Logo Deadline: April 1st.
CONFERENCE BAG INSERT
Our conference bag will be stuffed with flyers and notices from the many ministries and churches who are exhibiting at TEN09.
- The flyer should be used to advertise your ministry, special event, or resource you offer.
- The creation and production of the bag insert is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- Please provide 300 copies to be included in bag stuffing.
- You may ship the copies to TEN's office before May 15th or ship directly to the hotel after this deadline.
- Bag inserts should be received by May 28th to be included in bag stuffing.

CONFERENCE PROMOTIONAL EMAIL
We want to announce your ministry's participation in the upcoming conference.
- The email content will be developed by the ministry.
- The email should share the vision, mission, and purpose of your ministry.
- The email should explain and resources or support your ministry can share with the larger "network."
- The pre-conference email will be sent between May 1st and the start of the conference.
- The post-conference email will be sent between June 20th and July 1st.
- Please email content and any photos you want included in the email to smith.carljr@gmail.com

CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY
The conference will produce an Exhibitor Directory so that our attendees can network with you even after the conference is over.
- Exhibitor Directory will include ministry name, primary contact, and brief description.
- This information will be gathered through our Exhibitor Needs Survey. Click here to take the survey.
EXHIBITOR DISCOUNT CODES
Conference Partners and Keynote Sponsors will receive 5 discounts to share with their ministry affiliates.
- Separate instructions will be sent to the Conference Partners and Keynote Sponsors.
EXHIBITOR TABLE
The Exhibitor Table serves a great way to showcase your church/ministry and a great outlet for your resources and merchandise.
- Each exhibit table is 6ft long and 3ft deep.
- Please complete the exhibitor needs survey. Click here to take the survey.
- Exhibit tables should be completely set-up by Friday, May 29th at 9AM
- The table will be covered with a white table cloth. Your entire display must set on the table - nothing can be on the floor or attached to a wall.
- If you have a "pop-up" style booth, you must notify TEN in writing.
- Please staff your table 15 minutes prior to and immediately following general sessions.
- Having a "body at your table" encourages others to visit and "get to know" your church/ministry.
- Table staffing is mandatory during the Ministry Expo, Saturday Afternoon, May 30th.
Ideas for a Successful Exhibit Table:
- Prepare a collage, album, or frames of pictures of the people and activities of your church/ministry
- Have a recent newsletter, magazine, or publication available for conference attendees to take home
- Have a guestbook for conference attendees to sign. Asking for email addresses is a great way to stay in touch after the conference.
- Have candy or mints available. Remember, "folks follow food."
- Prepare a short video clip (recent fellowship or drama presentation) or audio file (sermon or special music) to play on a laptop at your table.
- If you plan on selling items at your table (t-shirts, cds, books, etc) please be prepared to staff accordingly. While a basket for money next to the item for purchase may seem like a great idea at a "Christian" conference, we strong discourage this. TEN will not be responsible for missing money or merchandise.
- Plan ahead. Know what you are going to put on your exhibit table and how you plan to get it to the conference.

On Saturday afternoon, all conference attendees will have a chance to network with the many ministries represented at TEN.
- Each attendee will be given a "PASSPORT TO PRIZES" and will travel through the Ministry Expo visiting the tables.
- As they visit your table, you will be able to share a bit about the ministry you represent and provide any resources or support to them.
- Then you will stamp their passport and they will continue on their way throughout the expo area.
- Once an attendee's card is completely full, they will enter it into a drawing for different prizes.
- We will even be giving away a conference package for TEN Conference 2010!
- This will be a great time of fun, music, prizes, and networking.
